Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Boxday, provided by CHAMMARE GLOBAL LOGISTICS LTD. By creating an account or using the planner you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Boxday is online-only digital subscription software.

Boxday is a planning tool. It turns your move details into a countdown, packing lists with a box-numbering system, material estimates, a moving-day plan, printable diagrams and a weekly recap clip. It is online-only digital subscription software: no physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and there is no shipping, warehousing or in-person service.

Boxday is not:

• a moving company, carrier, van hire or storage provider — we do not move, carry, store or handle your belongings;
• a party that collects any freight fee, carriage charge or deposit — we charge only our own subscription fee;
• an insurer — we do not insure your belongings against loss or damage;
• a customs broker or a source of customs, tax, immigration or legal advice.

You arrange any moving, storage, insurance or customs services yourself, directly with third parties under their terms.

You must be at least 13 to use Boxday; users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian’s consent. You are responsible for your account, your credentials and the accuracy of the details you enter. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD, monthly or yearly as selected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you authorise the recurring charge at checkout.
• Plan allowances are per period and do not carry over. Plans are service allowances, not credits or stored value.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• You can cancel any time from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

You agree to use Boxday lawfully and only for genuine personal or household move planning, and not to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You keep ownership of the details you enter and the plans you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service and generate your outputs. Licensing of generated material is set out in the Content License.

Timelines and material estimates are indicative and depend on your landlord, completion dates and your chosen carrier. Boxday does not guarantee that belongings will not be lost or damaged, and does not guarantee any moving outcome. Heavy, bulky, valuable or specialist items (for example pianos, large appliances) should be handled by suitable professionals; you are responsible for safe handling. See the AI Disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by law, Boxdayis provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage to belongings, missed carriers, customs outcomes or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Boxday and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
